What is Nur Organics?

Australian made, plant-based self care range that gives back to the earth. Products made from natural and organic ingredients to promote wellness & give you naturally soft, supple skin. Ethical & zero waste, our products grow flowers thanks to plantable packaging.

Where are the products made?

Each Nur Organics product is handmade in our dedicated soap studio, located in Melbourne, Australia, using locally sourced natural ingredients from Australian suppliers that meet our ethical and sustainable standards.

Do you use plastic?

NO! We are 100% Green using only sustainable materials that are: compostable, made from recycled materials, recyclable, and of course plantable packaging.

Where else can I buy Nur Organics products?

We are working on getting our products to stockists that meet our ethical & sustainable criteria.

In the meantime we operate online and in person at trade markets like the Ethical Markets & others that fall in line with our brand values

Does Nur Organics have a loyalty program?

Yes we do! It's called Flower Rewards.

Are the products tested on animals?

Absolutely not! All of our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals.

What this means:

-From formulation through to completion of our final products, we do NOT test our finished products on animals.

- We do NOT test the individual ingredients and materials used for our final products on animals.

- Our products are NOT tested on animals when required by law

-Our products will NOT be tested on animals in the future

How we test our products: Our products are tested on willing human volunteers as happy participants

Do you use clean ingredients?

We only source clean ingredients for our products. This means our products are:

-Paraben Free

-No nasty chemicals & toxins

-No fillers

-No SLS (Sulfates)

What we DO use:

✔️ Natural & organic ingredients

✔️ Plant-based dyes : vegetable inks, earth clays & botanicals

We only source ethical and fair-trade ingredients for all of our products, and when sustainably possible, we use organic ingredients

Are Nur Organics products vegan?

Yes! All of our products are vegan, made using plant-based ingredients and materials and NO animal derivatives.

Our suppliers and manufacturers are vegan, we only source our materials and ingredients from ethically and sustainably grown sources and suppliers.

I have a nut allergy. Can I use Nur Organics products?

Our line of Meditation Candles and Essential Oil Roller do not contain any nut-based oils like Almond oil,etc. (Our other products do contain these oils)

Meditation Candles: 100% Soy Wax

Essential Oil Roller: Fractionated Coconut Oil*

*Fractionated coconut oil~ Coconut is a member of the palm family, which is not related to nuts or peanuts. However, if unsure please consult with your doctor.

Can I use the products whilst pregnant and/or breast-feeding?

We use pure and at times organic essential oils, when sustainably possible. We ensure that we use correct dilution amounts, 2% for our soaps and 5% for our essential oil roller.

As hormones and the body changes whilst pregnant and/or breast-feeding, we recommend consulting with your doctor regarding the topical use of our soaps & essential oil roller. If unsure, it is best to refrain from use.

We are developing a line of soaps that is completely safe for pregnant & breast-feeding parents.

Delivery & Shipping 🛒

How much does shipping cost?

Australia – Standard Delivery

Spend $60 or more and you’ll get Free Standard shipping.

$60 or less? Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.00 AUD.

*In the event that a parcel cannot be delivered by Sendle due to remote location, non-area coverage etc. we will use Australia Post to deliver your order

How long will my order take to arrive?

We fulfill and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days, from the date of the order

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday - Friday).

Orders are sent via our carbon neutral couriers Sendle, with an estimated delivery time frame of:

Metro: 2-5 business days

Regional/Remote: 5-10 business days

What is carbon neutral shipping?

Thanks to our couriers Sendle, a tree is planted on your behalf for every order sold that is shipped & delivered. This contributes towards regeneration of our precious forests & other cause projects.

This is known as 'Carbon Offsetting', making your order experience one that helps the Earth. Learn more about it here

How do I track my order?

Every order comes with a tracking number that is emailed to you once your order is shipped

How is my order packed?

We use sustainable, recycled, recyclable & compostable materials to pack your orders. This ensures that your order it is zero waste, eco-friendly and plastic free.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to health & safety, we do not refund, or exchange opened or used products. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If a product you ordered is received in faulty condition or is not as shown to you on the website, you are entitled to a refund, exchange, or credit.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
