Product Care Guide
BEFORE USE: Remove all the beautiful crystal keepsakes from the candle before lighting. They are safe to leave in but may get lost in the wax as it's melting & clog the wick. You may wish to charge them in flame before removing.
USE: Light you candle allowing the wax to melt until the pool reaches the edge of the tin before you blowing out the candle. This creates a pool memory, ensuring a clean and even burn for the next use.
BURN SAFETY: Never leave a candle burning unattended, and make sure to keep in a safe place away from pets & children, and any other surroundings that can catch fire. The candle tin has feet at the bottom to ensure that the tin doesn't directly heat up surfaces. Never leave your candle burning longer than 3 hours at a time.
TRIM WITH EACH USE: Always trim your wick to 5mm before lighting your candle, to ensure the candle burns for longer, and you don't get any soot in the wax.
STORAGE: Pure soy wax is best kept away from direct sunlight as this could affect how the candle burns and smells. Store covered with lid in cool dry place, away from extreme heat and cold temperatures.
HOW TO CLEAN YOUR TIN: Once there is about 1-1.5cm of wax left in the tin, you can clean it out by adding hot soapy water & rinsing.
REPURPOSE/RECYCLE: Our candle tins are made of recycled aluminium, you may wish to recycle this once more, or use the tin for another purpose to help reduce waste.
Usage: It is recommended to use your soap within 6 months, to keep soap fresh and get the best out of its wholesome ingredients.
Soap shelf life: Each bar of soap lasts between 4-6 weeks with daily use
Storage: It is best to keep your soap dry between use and not allow it to sit in a pool of water. For this we recommend you place the soap on a non plastic dish. We have special bamboo soap dishes for that (arriving soon)
Extreme temperatures will cause the soap to melt in high heat and/or crystalize in cold environments. Keeping soap on its dish in the bathroom is an ideal place.
Plant Your Soap Label: Our soaps grow native Australian flowers, you can find out how to plant your labels here
Lip Balm Care
Our lip balms are made in paperboard tubes that are biodegradable, recyclable and compostable.
The base is a cardboard disc that allows the product inside to be pushed up the tube.
To use them is easy: Hold the tube between your thumb and middle finger, using your index finger to push the bottom disc upward.
The more you push up, the more product comes out.
If you pushed up too far, just gently tap the tube on a hard , flat surface like a desk, this will bring the product down.
Store in cool dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat. Use within 6 months of opening
