BEFORE LIGHTING YOUR CANDLES

Remove all the beautiful gemstones keepsakes from the candle before lighting. They are safe to leave in but may get lost in the wax as it's melting & clog the wick.
You may wish to charge them in flame before removing.

TO USE

Light you candle allowing the wax to melt until the pool reaches the edge of the tin before you blowing out the candle. This creates a pool memory, ensuring a clean and even burn for the next use.

Do not blow your candles, the liquid wax may splatter and the wick may continue to glow and emit smoke. Use a candle snuffer to prevent wicks from drifting off center. Do not extinguish your candle with the lid!

BURN SAFETY-IMPORTANT

Never leave a candle burning unattended!

Make sure to keep in a safe place away from pets & children, and any other surroundings that can catch fire.

Avoid exposure to drafts, papers or plants.

The candle tin has feet at the bottom to ensure that the tin doesn't directly heat up surfaces. Always place on a stable, level and heat resistant surface.

Never leave your candle burning longer than 3 hours at a time. This may cause the container to crack and explode.

Do not go to sleep with your candle lit.

Always use a snuffer to extinguish the candle to avoid fire and burns.

TRIM WICK WITH EACH USE

Always trim your wick to 5mm before lighting your candle, to ensure the candle burns for longer, and you don't get any soot in the wax.

STORAGE

Pure soy wax is best kept away from direct sunlight as this could affect how the candle burns and smells. Store covered with lid in cool dry place, away from extreme heat and cold temperatures.

CLEAN CANDLE TIN

Once there is about 1-1.5cm of wax left in the tin, you can clean it out by adding hot soapy water & rinsing until clean

REPURPOSE & RECYCLE

Our candle tins are made of recycled aluminium, you may wish to recycle this once more, or use the tin for another purpose to help reduce waste.
